Fascination for visual pleasure and the celebration of fine detailing are natural inclinations for Letizia Silvestri. This lifelong affinity for beauty through design began in the city where she was born and raised: Padova (Padua), an architectural gem in northern Italy. She spent her youth playing hide and seek in the labyrinth gardens of historic Palladian villas dotting the Italian countryside, brushing shoulders with ancient frescoes and unknowingly at the time innately fine tuning her aesthetic palette. These early fascinations have led Ms. Silvestri to pursue her lifelong passions dedicated to beauty, nurturing creativity, coupled with the art of planning by precision. After all, the best achievements are only attainable when natural talent, passion, and professionalism converge.
After receiving her degree in Business Administration at the prestigious Bocconi University in Milan, she studied abroad at the ESADE University in Barcelona. Later going on to perfecting her expertise with a specialization in Marketing & PR from UCLA.
Starting her formative experience on the Ferrari Beverly Hills’ marketing team, Ms. Silvestri has grown her career throughout the past 17 years by holding titles like Marketing & Events Director with several prestigious luxury and automotive brands, such as Aston Martin, Bentley, Bugatti, Lamborghini, McLaren, Rolls-Royce. She has also organized and executed large-scale events, pop-ups, tradeshows and strategic partnerships for a number of iconic corporate clients like Be Great Partners, Dom Perignon, Louis XIII, Hublot, Poltrona Frau, Morgan Stanley, Northerners, Olaya Beach Swimwear, Pencils of Promise, Richard Mille, Roger Dubuis, and UFirst. In doing so, she has applied her talent and passion for travel to produce social affairs and organize unforgettable destination weddings with her own agency, LSX Events.
While Letizia greatly enjoys the thrilling world of curating high-end experiences at LSX, when the pandemic hit, she noticed a need for a new of kind of luxury: the luxury of wellness. While working in the extremely fast-paced luxury automotive industry for almost 2 decades, Letizia discovered sound healing to cope with the stress from her demanding career. This prompted her to shift her focus to wellness experiences to be more aligned with her purpose while still maintaining her standard of excellence and attention to detail.
Ms. Silvestri’s character is a true ESTJ (“The Executive”). Known for being strong willed, honest, dedicated and resilient for her great expertise in coordinating numerous people from different verticals within organizations. She strives to encourage each individual skill at its best, highlighting every peculiarity is a difficult task pursued by a great conductor in order to make the complete symphony play beautifully. Her secret is to keep the focus on a final objective. This side of her character also carries over in her personal life where mindfulness, spirituality and wellness are three key components that work together as a whole in order to achieve a perfect balance.

Letizia has used her extensive experience in event planning to orchestrate impactful and authentic experiences that live on as thrilling memories for a diverse client base.

After discovering sound healing during the pandemic as a method of calming her beloved dog, Zen, Letizia decided she wanted to share the medicine of sound with a larger community – and Altha was born. Altha currently offers corporate wellness sound healing experiences and programs, private and public sound baths, animal sound healing, wellness retreats, and an online shop where customers can find wellness accessories and the highest-end sound healing instruments on the market.
